Next Steps

After the coaching request form has been submitted and the introductory call has been booked, these are the next steps you can expect to see in the onboarding process:

Take the Call- you will receive a zoom link through email, press the link and take the call upon your scheduled time and the introductory process will begin. assuming both the client and coach are a good fit and both parties wish to proceed, the next step goes to payment.

Payment Portal- you will be sent a follow up email with directions on how to pay for 1:1 coaching services. The first month will cover a 5-week period to account for scheduling and set-up time as well as program tuning.

Orientation- After the first months (5-weeks) payment has been made, you will then be directed to schedule your first orientation meeting. this meeting will occur through a zoom call and should be expected to last from 45-60mins. you will also receive a new client intake form that should be filled out prior to this meeting.

What to Expect

Introductory Call

The introductory call will be an opportunity for both the coach and client to get to know one another without needing to commit to any payments beforehand. In this way, you can gain some confidence in the coach and ask any questions before committing to coaching.

Goals of the introductory call are as follows:

- Introductory

- Get to know the coach

- What are your goals, what do you want to accomplish

-injuries & current fitness level

- Further questions

Payments

Payments will be made monthly, with the first payment being for $325.00, and every payment afterwards being for $250.00. you can cancel your services at anytime, but you will be locked in for the month you paid for.

-The first payment will cover a 5-week period to account for set-up time and new client scheduling, but afterwards payments will be made monthly (4 week period).

Orientation Meeting

After you have paid for the first month (5-weeks), you will then need to schedule your orientation meeting before you can receive programming. This meeting will be similar to the introductory call but a little longer in the range of 45-60 minutes. The purpose of this meeting is to go over in greater detail the program and how it works. There will be a new client intake form that you will receive after the payments portion that should be filled out before this meeting.
